He has a decade of consulting experience in elite environments, ranging from working with multiple Team GB sports including medalists from Rio and Tokyo, from British Weightlifting and British Athletics, along with supporting other world champions in non olympic sports.
He is trainer in Motivational Interviewing and a Rational Emotive Behaviour Psychotherapist having trained at the Albert Ellis Institute In New York as well as being BASES accredited Performance Psychologist with the English Institute of Sport.
